  • Test bench chat for the lender's AI support agent, blurred

The test bench. Screens blurred to protect client data.

    Case 01 · Fintech support

An AI agent inside a lender’s support inbox.

A UK FCA-regulated consumer lender wanted its support team off the repetitive identity-verification tickets. We built an AI agent that works inside their Intercom inbox and handles those tickets end to end, using the lender's own approved replies.

    Intercom’s Fin, per outcome

    ~95% cheaper

Our figure is the Claude Sonnet 5 API cost at published prices ($2 in and $10 out per million tokens, with prompt caching), averaged over a typical three-message conversation and rounded up. Fin is listed from $0.99 per outcome on Intercom's pricing page, September 2026. The one-off build and hosting are separate. Intercom and Fin are trademarks of Intercom, Inc.; we're not affiliated. A chat to test it as a customer, an audit trail of every decision, and the controls to stop it or set its hours. Blurred here to protect client data.

    1. Picks up the right tickets

It reads new messages in the unassigned queue and takes identity-verification tickets only. Anything outside that lane stays with the team, untouched.

    2. Replies in approved words

Instructions, follow-ups and acknowledgements come from wording the support lead signed off, not free text.

    3. Follows up, then hands over

It follows up until the documents arrive, acknowledges them, then tags the ticket and hands it to a person to review.

    4. Logs every decision

Each step is recorded with the reason behind it, so compliance can see exactly what happened and why.

    5. Tested before go-live

A browser test bench lets the team chat as a customer and watch each decision before anything reaches a real person.

    6. In the team's hands

Stop and start switches and working hours the support team runs themselves. The service runs in Google Cloud's London region.

Built with Claude by Anthropic, .NET and Google Cloud, inside Intercom.

    Case 06 · First Seed

From a blank folder to a live website.

We started with almost nothing: a logo, a mood, and a goal. Here is how First Seed went from an empty folder to a site their customers can shop, step by step.

The brand kit set the colors, type, and logo. The mockup set the layout. The mountain photo became the hero. We combined the three into the live site you can see playing.

    1. Day zero

An empty folder, a logo, and one screenshot of the look they wanted. Nothing built yet.

    2. The direction

We set the feel: heritage wellness in cream and olive, a serif display face, and a misty mountain hero.

    3. The hero

Built the top of the page to match their reference exactly, from the logo placement to the headline and the scroll cue.

    4. The full home page

Pillars, featured products, the founders' story, a quote, and a newsletter. Plus Shop, Philosophy, and About.

    5. Refined to the mockup

Thicker type, a larger logo, softer rounded corners, less empty space, and pill buttons with real depth.

    6. Live

Shipped to Vercel, clean on phone and laptop, with a link they could share the same day.

The model

We deliver Outcomes as a Service.

Instead of Software as a Service.

Two things we build for teams ready to take the time back.

Stripe to Xero or QuickBooks reconciliationLead routing across CRM, Slack, and inboxClient reports that build and send themselvesInvoices that chase themselves until paidOnboarding that runs without a human in the loopOps dashboards your team opens every morningAdmin panels that replace six tabs of SalesforceOrder and job trackers built around your workflowBooking and scheduling tools shaped to your businessThe tool your industry doesn’t have software for yet

01 · Workflows

Work that runs without you.

The repeat tasks happening behind the scenes. Built once, runs forever. Your team gets the time back to do the work that actually needs them.

  • Stripe to Xero or QuickBooks reconciliation
  • Lead routing across CRM, Slack, and inbox
  • Client reports that build and send themselves
  • Invoices that chase themselves until paid
  • Onboarding that runs without a human in the loop

02 · Software

Software your team actually opens.

The dashboard, the admin panel, the operator tool. Built around how your business already runs, not the other way round.

  • Ops dashboards your team opens every morning
  • Admin panels that replace six tabs of Salesforce
  • Order and job trackers built around your workflow
  • Booking and scheduling tools shaped to your business
  • The tool your industry doesn’t have software for yet

Why us

A studio, not an agency.

We work the way the best internal teams do: close, current, and on the hook for the outcome. Not a vendor you brief once and never hear from again, a partner who stays on the tools with you and has shipped this work for real companies before.

  1. 01

    Senior work, end to end.

You work with the people doing the work. No layers, no handoffs to juniors.

  2. 02

    Partners, not one-off vendors.

We work directly with you and stay after launch. It's an ongoing relationship, not a project we hand over and disappear from.

  3. 03

    On the latest stack.

We work with the newest tools the day they land, AI included. You get what's current, not last year's playbook.

  4. 04

    Proven in production.

We've deployed real solutions for real companies. You're hiring proven hands, not an experiment.

  5. 05

    Ship, then iterate.

We'd rather get something real in front of users than write another deck.

  6. 06

    Direct, in writing.

Async friendly. Decisions written down. No meeting theatre.
